Our working method requires in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform (at least 3-5 years of experience either in a platform owner type role or as a consultant, with certifications and references) or extensive AWS expertise (especially in technologies like Amazon Connect, AWS Kendra, Lex, Lambda, Sagemaker, Bedrock).
