Salesforce Platform Owner as a Service

Fullon Advisors helps to extract the value out of Salesforce. We offer businesses a Salesforce Platform Owner as a Service, where we act as the owner of the Salesforce platform, working as part of the company's own organization. Being independent from both Salesforce and consulting firms, we can genuinely act in the client's best interest.

What does a Salesforce Platform Owner do? 

  • We are responsible for the Salesforce platform as a whole in the Platform Owner role. We ensure that the platform operates as desired, development works progress in agreed priorities, and the investment in Salesforce generates value.
  • We act as a discussion partner with the business side (such as sales, marketing, and customer service management) on matters related to Salesforce and provide concrete, experience-based recommendations.
  • We ensure that the configuration and development work in Salesforce, as well as the platform's data architecture, is done according to best practices, considering maintainability, usability, and scalability.
  • We maintain roadmaps, prioritize development tasks, and plan how different areas or functions can be most effectively implemented and the benefits this will achieve. Unlike often done - we think of benefits first and then technology.
  • We handle, if necessary, what is known as Vendor Management with external consultants and developers.
  • We implement concrete Proof of Concept models for different functionalities or implementations of Salesforce areas.
